1. Who we are
YarnTally (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Abrobot Technologies Private Limited, an Indian company operating under the MNB Research brand. By using YarnTally you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What we provide
YarnTally is a cloud-hosted SaaS platform for inventory, billing, GST compliance, trade operations, and AI-assisted business intelligence, primarily aimed at Indian wholesalers and small manufacturers. We offer four subscription tiers:
- Starter — ₹999 / month (or ₹9,999 / year)
- Growth — ₹2,999 / month (or ₹29,999 / year)
- Business — ₹7,999 / month (or ₹79,999 / year)
- Enterprise — custom pricing, contact us
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are exclusive of GST at the applicable rate. Full plan features are listed on our Pricing page.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@mnbresearch.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial on every paid plan. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial you may pick a paid plan or your workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe.
5. Payment terms
- Payments are processed by our authorised payment gateway (Cashfree Payments).
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
- GST invoices are issued within 7 days of payment.
- Late or failed payments may result in your workspace being suspended after 7 days of non-payment. Data is preserved for 90 days for reactivation.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
- Upload malware, phishing content, or spam
- Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent affiliation
- Resell or white-label the Service without a written Enterprise agreement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with prior notice where reasonable.
7. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to YarnTally. We store it on Supabase infrastructure in Mumbai, India. You can export a full JSON snapshot at any time from Settings → Own Your Data. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. AI features
YarnTally uses third-party AI models (via the Zen / OpenCode API) for insights, drafting, and analysis. AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors — treat it as a suggestion, not a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it.
9. Service availability
We target 99.5% uptime and publish live status at /status. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance where possible. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to registered admins at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India. We prefer to resolve issues quickly and informally — please reach out at contact@mnbresearch.com before escalating.
